The goal of each massage at Heart of Illowra is to work gently but powerfully to encourage your own body’s innate healing ability. Each massage is individualised to you and your specific needs, with a special emphasis on creating a beautiful space for you to completely relax, unwind and leave feeling a deeper connection to yourself and your body. You will never leave Heart of Illowra feeling bruised and battered, instead you will leave feeling lighter and more in tune with your body.

Whether you are experiencing aches and pains, tiredness and emotional overwhelm during your pregnancy journey, it would be my honour to work with you, and help you feel supported and relaxed, ready for your beautiful new bundle and new chapter as an awesome new Mama.

If you are a lovely new Mama embarking on your postnatal journey, it would be a great privilege to support you as you undergo many new changes in your life, providing you with nurturing specialised massages to help you relax and reconnect with your body and mind.
